Skt. Anna Kirken i Wien er en kirke fra det 17. århundrede, der blev bygget mellem 1629 og 1634 og ligger på Annagasse i Wien.
Udadtil tiltrækker den støbt kuppel på tårnet opmærksomhed. I kirken findes frescoer af Daniel Gran samt et maleri over alteret. I det første sidekapel til venstre i kirken er der en kopi af det skulpturelle værk fra 1505 af den hellige Anna, hendes datter Maria og barnet Jesus. Værket tilskrives Veit Stoss. Den originale statue står i Dommuseum i Wien. Kirken blev renoveret i det 18. århundrede af jesuitterne.
