Bygningen, som blev opført i 2001 efter tegninger af arkitekten Andreas Müller-Hartburg, er med en højde på 113 meter en af de højeste bygninger i Wien. Den har en nyttig plads på omkring 36.000 m², fordelt på 31 etager, og 9 elevatorer. Den har en energieffektiv dobbeltvægget klimafacade og åbne vinduer, og kølingen sker ved hjælp af kølebjælker. Ved slutningen af 2006 blev bygningen solgt for 110 millioner euro til DIFA Deutsche Immobilien Fonds AG, som nu opererer under navnet Union Investment Real Estate AG. I 30. etage findes Florido Lounge, som kan lejes til konferencer og arrangementer for mellem 10 og 240 personer.
