Het in 2001 naar ontwerpen van architect Andreas Müller-Hartburg gebouwde pand, met een hoogte van 113 meter, behoort tot de hoogste bouwwerken van Wenen. Het beschikt over een bruikbare oppervlakte van ongeveer 36.000 m², verdeeld over 31 verdiepingen, en 9 liften. Het heeft een energiezuinige dubbele gevel en openable ramen, de koeling gebeurt via koelstrips. Eind 2006 werd het gebouw voor 110 miljoen euro verkocht aan DIFA Deutsche Immobilien Fonds AG, die inmiddels opereert onder de naam Union Investment Real Estate AG. Op de 30e verdieping bevindt zich de Florido Lounge, die kan worden verhuurd voor conferenties en evenementen van 10 tot 240 personen.
