Den romersk-katolske sognkirke Telfs-St. Georgen ligger i markedsbyen Telfs i Tyrol. Sognkirken Opstandelsen af Jesus Kristus tilhører deaneri Telfs i bispedømmet Innsbruck. Kirken er beskyttet som en fredet bygning.
Kirken blev bygget i 1974/1975 efter arkitekten Anton Kliebers planer og indviet i 1975 som opstandelseskirke og sognevikariatskirke. Dagen for kirkens skytshelgen er påskesøndag. Kirken blev i 1978 ophøjet til sognkirke. Det fristående klokketårn blev bygget i 1995.
