La iglesia parroquial católica romana de Telfs-St. Georgen se encuentra en el municipio de Telfs en Tirol. La iglesia parroquial de la Resurrección de Jesucristo pertenece al decanato de Telfs en la diócesis de Innsbruck. La iglesia está protegida por la ley de patrimonios culturales.
La iglesia fue construida en 1974/1975 según los planos del arquitecto Anton Klieber y fue consagrada en 1975 como iglesia de la Resurrección y iglesia del vicariato parroquial. El día de la fiesta patronal es el domingo de Pascua. La iglesia fue elevada a parroquia en 1978. El campanario independiente fue construido en 1995.
