Den romersk-katolske filial- og lokalmenighedskirke i Mösern ligger i byen Mösern i markedskommunen Telfs i distriktet Innsbruck-Land i Tirol. Filialkirken Mariä Heimsuchung tilhører dekanatet Telfs i bispedømmet Innsbruck. Kirken er fredet. Barokkirken, hvis kerne stammer fra det 17. århundrede, er omgivet af en kirkegård og blev ombygget og udvidet i 1763 samt restaureret i 1951. Efter planer af arkitekten Ekkehard Hörmann blev kirken i 1979 udvidet med to fag, mens vestfacaden forblev uændret. Kirken er en selvstændig sjælesorgssted og varetages sjælesorgsmæssigt af Seefeld i Tirol.
