La chiesa filiale e parrocchiale cattolica romana di Mösern si trova nel comune di Mösern, nel comune mercato di Telfs, nel distretto di Innsbruck-Land in Tirolo. La chiesa filiale di Maria Visitatrice appartiene al decanato di Telfs nella diocesi di Innsbruck. La chiesa è sotto tutela monumentale. La chiesa barocca, originariamente del XVII secolo, circondata da un cimitero, fu ristrutturata e ampliata nel 1763 e restaurata nel 1951. Secondo i progetti dell'architetto Ekkehard Hörmann, nel 1979 la chiesa è stata ampliate di due campate, mentre la facciata occidentale è rimasta invariata. La chiesa è un proprio ufficio pastorale ed è assistita pastoralmente da Seefeld in Tirolo.
