La iglesia filial y local católica romana de Mösern se encuentra en el lugar Mösern en el municipio de Telfs, en el distrito de Innsbruck-Land en Tirol. La iglesia filial de la Visitación de María pertenece al decanato de Telfs en la diócesis de Innsbruck. La iglesia está bajo protección de monumentos. La iglesia barroca, en su núcleo del siglo XVII, rodeada de un cementerio, fue remodelada y ampliada en 1763 y restaurada en 1951. Según los planos del arquitecto Ekkehard Hörmann, en 1979 la iglesia fue ampliada en dos tramos, manteniendo la fachada oeste sin cambios. La iglesia es un propio punto de atención pastoral y es atendida espiritualmente desde Seefeld en Tirol.
