Trebišnjica er en flod i Bosnien-Hercegovina. Den var engang en synkende flod, 96,5 km lang over jorden. Med en samlet længde på 187 km over og under jorden er den en af de længste synkende floder i verden.
I klassisk oldtid var floden kendt som Arion, som steg op og sank ned gennem sit løb, før den dukkede op forskellige steder fra Neretva til kysten.
