Trebišnjica è un fiume in Bosnia ed Erzegovina. In passato era un fiume carsico, lungo 96,5 km sopra il terreno. Con una lunghezza totale di 187 km sopra e sotto il terreno, è uno dei fiumi carsici più lunghi del mondo.
Nell'antichità classica, il fiume era conosciuto come Arion, sorgendo e scomparendo lungo il suo corso prima di riemergere in vari punti dal Neretva fino alla costa.
