Erasmus metrostationet kendetegnes ved en bemærkelsesværdig arkitektur. Designet af den belgiske arkitekt Philippe Samyn består af en ø-baneplatform, der ligger i midten af Lenniksebaan, dækket af et lærred af plast. Taget hviler på sideportalerne og danner elleve hele og to halve saddeltag. Platformen kan nås via tunneler i begge ender af stationen. Stationen er den sydvestlige endepunkt af linje 5.
