Sankt-Anna Kirken i den belgiske landsby Bottelare er en kirke viet til den hellige Anna. Kirken blev opført mellem 1641 og 1663 i barokstil for at rumme de mange pilgrimme, der kom til den for lille lokale Sankt-Anna kapel. Den øverste del af tårnet fra 1873, tegnet af arkitekt Théophile Bureau, indeholder et ur- og klokkerum. Byggematerialet var mursten og Balegem sten. Dens barokinteriør fra det 17. århundrede er bevaret. Det indeholder et kirkekor built by Pieter Van Peteghem, et gotisk dåbsfont fra det 15. århundrede og et hovedalter fra det 17. århundrede med antependium af den hellige Anna.
