L'église Saint-Anne dans le village belge de Bottelare est une église dédiée à la Sainte Anne. L'église a été construite entre 1641 et 1663 dans le style baroque pour accueillir les nombreux pèlerins venant de la trop petite chapelle Saint-Anne locale. La partie supérieure du clocher, datant de 1873 et conçue par l'architecte Théophile Bureau, contient une chambre d'horloge et de cloches. La brique et la pierre de Balegem ont été utilisées comme matériaux de construction. Son intérieur baroque du XVIIe siècle a été préservé. Il contient un orgue construit par Pieter Van Peteghem, un bénitier gothique du XVème siècle et un autel principal du XVIIe siècle avec un antependium de la Sainte Anne.
