Kunstbjerget er en skråning i det historiske centrum af Bruxelles by. Kunstbjerget ligger reelt på Koudenberg, mellem Kongepladsen og lavbyen med blandt andet Grand Place. Kunstbjerget hed mellem det 15. og 18. århundrede Hofberg.
Oprindeligt lå der på dette sted det meget gamle Sankt Rochus-kvarter, som også blev kaldt Jødekvarteret indtil det 15. århundrede. Mellem det 15. og 18. århundrede var skråningen kendt som 'Hofberg'. I denne tid stod der flere palæer på bjerget, såsom Nassau-paladset, Karel af Lothringens Palads, Granvelle-paladset og højere op Koudenberg-paladset.
