Binche er en belgisk by og kommune i provinsen Hainaut. Kommunen har omkring 33.000 indbyggere. Binche er især kendt for sin karneval. De 14. århundredes bymure i Binche er de bedst bevarede i Belgien. Ud over selve Binche består kommunen siden fusionen i 1977 også af delkommunerne Bray, Waudrez, Buvrinnes, Épinois, Leval-Trahegnies, Péronnes-lez-Binche og Ressaix samt landsbyen Battignies.
