Navnet skyldes, at stedet blev købt fra en gruppe kunstnere, hvoraf lederen af den berømte Ancienne Belgique fra Gent var en del. Køkkenet er typisk belgisk. Restaurantens specialitet er ål i det grønne, og kunderne værdsætter denne ret meget. Derudover er der grillede retter på menuen samt muslinger, som tilbydes fra juli og langt ind i sæsonen. Interiøret har 60 pladser. På dejlige dage kan næsten 100 personer tage plads på den behageligt beliggende terrasse.
