Ved foden af Kesterheide - langs den gamle sporvognsbane - ligger gården fra natur uddannelsescenter De Paddenbroek i en oase af højstammede træer med økologisk køkkenhave, bagoven og bistade. I uddannelsescentret går natur og landbrug hånd i hånd, for det Pajotse landskab er i høj grad 'landbrugsnatur' med frugttræer, hække, damme og andre små landskabselementer. Paddenbroek er åbent for alle som et hvilested, udgangspunkt, dannelsescenter, mødested... Paddenbroek har et veludviklet tilbud til folkeskolen, men modtager også grupper og teambuilding.
