Frietmuseet i Brugge er det første og indtil videre eneste museum i verden, der viser hele historien fra oprindelsen af kartoflen til de første pomfritter. Museet indeholder en samling af maskiner, der blev brugt til behandling, høst, skrælning, sortering og friturestegning af kartofler. Museet fokuserer også på at vise belgiske pomfritter i kunst, musik og film.
