Waterland-Oudeman er en delkommune i kommunen Sint-Laureins i den belgiske provins Østflandern. Waterland-Oudeman er en del af Meetjesland. Det var en selvstændig kommune indtil slutningen af 1976. Det har et areal på 9,01 km² og havde 458 indbyggere den 1. januar 2008.
Waterland er navnet, som stifteren Hiëronymus Lauweryn gav til den nyfunden herlighed. Dette henviser til, at området, som tidligere var vand, blev til land på grund af sine diger. Efter Hiëronymus' død i 1509 tog hans søn Matthias opgaven som digebygger over. Til ære for sin far kaldte han den nye polder Oudemanspolder. Waterland-Oudeman er således en sammentrækning af disse to navne.
