Waterland-Oudeman ist eine Teilgemeinde der Gemeinde Sint-Laureins in der belgischen Provinz Ostflandern. Waterland-Oudeman gehört zur Region Meetjesland. Es war bis Ende 1976 eine eigenständige Gemeinde. Es hat eine Fläche von 9,01 km² und zählte am 1. Januar 2008 458 Einwohner.
Waterland ist der Name, den der Gründer Hiëronymus Lauweryn der neu entstandenen Herrschaft gab. Dieser verweist auf die Tatsache, dass das Gebiet, das zuvor Wasser war, durch seine Deichanlagen zu Land wurde. Nach dem Tod von Hiëronymus im Jahr 1509 übernahm sein Sohn Matthias die Aufgabe des Deichgrafen. Zu Ehren seines Vaters nannte er den neuen Polder den Oudemanspolder. Waterland-Oudeman ist also eine Zusammensetzung dieser beiden Namen.
