Waterland-Oudeman es una parte del municipio de Sint-Laureins en la provincia belga de Flandes Oriental. Waterland-Oudeman forma parte de Meetjesland. Era un municipio independiente hasta finales de 1976. Tiene una superficie de 9,01 km² y contaba con 458 habitantes el 1 de enero de 2008.
Waterland es el nombre que el fundador Hiëronymus Lauweryn dio a la nueva señoría. Este se refiere al hecho de que el área que anteriormente era agua se convirtió en tierra debido a sus diques. Tras la muerte de Hiëronymus en 1509, su hijo Matthias asumió la tarea de los diques. En honor a su padre, nombró la nueva polder como Oudemanspolder. Waterland-Oudeman es, por lo tanto, una contracción de estos dos nombres.
