Waterland-Oudeman è una frazione del comune di Sint-Laureins nella provincia belga di Oost-Vlaanderen. Waterland-Oudeman fa parte del Meetjesland. Era un comune autonomo fino alla fine del 1976. Ha una superficie di 9,01 km² e contava, al 1º gennaio 2008, 458 abitanti.
Waterland è il nome che il fondatore Hiëronymus Lauweryn diede al neonato feudo. Questo si riferisce al fatto che l'area che in precedenza era acqua, grazie alle sue arginature, divenne terra. Dopo la morte di Hiëronymus nel 1509, suo figlio Matthias assunse l'incarico di arginatore. In onore di suo padre, chiamò il nuovo polder Oudemanspolder. Waterland-Oudeman è quindi una fusione di questi due nomi.
