Thieu er en landsby i den belgiske provins Hainaut og en delkommune af den walonske kommune Le Rœulx. Indtil 1. januar 1977 var det en selvstændig kommune. Landsbyen ligger ved Centrumkanalen og er især kendt for sine sluser. Den 89. biskop af Tournai, Jean-Joseph Delplancq, blev født her i 1767. Den nederlandske komponist, Matthijs Vermeulen, var i Thieu i nogen tid på seminaret hos jesuitterne.
