Ninglinspo er en biflod til Amblève nær den liègeanske by Nonceveux ved Remouchamps i kommunen Aywaille og danner nedre del af Hornay, der udspringer syd for byen Vert Buisson i kommunen Theux.
Floden skylder sit mærkelige navn en fejl begået af franske kortlæggere i 1876. De forvekslede navnet på floden med navnet på en mark, hvor floden flyder ind i Amblève. Det oprindelige navn er faktisk "Doulneux", hvilket angiver, at det stammer fra en el. Floden blev allerede omtalt i 647 med det oprindelige navn i charteret fra Sigibert III.
