Die Ninglinspo ist ein Nebenfluss der Amblève nahe dem liègianischen Ort Nonceveux bei Remouchamps in der Gemeinde Aywaille und bildet den Unterlauf des Hornay, der im Süden des Ortes Vert Buisson in der Gemeinde Theux entspringt.
Der Fluss verdankt seinen seltsamen Namen einem Fehler französischer Kartografen im Jahr 1876. Sie verwechselten den Namen des Flusses mit dem eines Feldes, in das der Fluss in die Amblève fließt. Der ursprüngliche Name ist eigentlich "Doulneux", was anzeigt, dass er von einer Erle stammt. Bereits im Jahr 647 wurde über den Fluss mit dem ursprünglichen Namen im Vertrag von Sigibert III. gesprochen.
