Slaget ved Montenaken, den 20. oktober 1465, fandt sted ved Montenaken og er en del af
Liegekrigene.
Liegeborgerne var ikke tilfredse med politikken fra prins-biskop Lodewijk van Bourbon, som havde udnævnt Filips den Gode med hjælp fra paven som prins-biskop af prinsbiskopiet Liège. Uroen steg, og i 1465 brød den Første Liegekrig ud. Bourgognerne, ledet af Filips' søn Karl, hertug af Charolais, besejrede liegeborgerne, anført af Raes van Heers, i Montenaken. 1800 af de 4000 liegeborgerne omkom. Efter slaget besatte Karl byen Sint-Truiden.
