Zegemeer er en sø mellem Albertstrand og Knokke i den vestflamske kommune Knokke-Heist.
Her lå tidligere en stor klitpande, der blev kaldt Lispanne, hvor der var en kilde med ferskvand. Denne blev udgravet i 1924 af Société Immobilière Knokke-Balnéaire, og i 1925 blev Zegemeer dannet, opkaldt efter sejren for de allierede ved slutningen af Første Verdenskrig. Nord for denne sø blev der i 1920 bygget en af attraktionerne ved det udviklende Albertstrand, nemlig Pavillon du Lac, med Knokkes første spillehal i 1926. Det lidt nordligere beliggende Casino i Knokke stod færdigt i 1932.
