Sankt Peter og Pauls Kirke er sognekirken for landsbyen Rumbeke, der tilhører den vestflamske kommune Roeselare, beliggende på Kirkepladsen 52.
Rumbeke har siden gammel tid været en vigtig sogn, hvorfra Oekene og Kachtem blev adskilt i 1143. Mellem det 13. og 15. århundrede blev der bygget en kirke, der indeholdt både romanske og gotiske elementer. Under religionskrigene blev denne kirke hårdt beskadiget og genopbygget i det 17. århundrede. Interiøret blev udført i barokstil. I 1641 blev koret forlænget.
