Die Sint-Petrus und Paulus-Kirche ist die Pfarrkirche der zur Westflämischen Gemeinde Roeselare gehörenden Ortschaft Rumbeke, gelegen am Kerkplein 52.
Rumbeke war von jeher eine bedeutende Pfarrei, aus der sich Oekene und Kachtem 1143 abspalteten. Zwischen dem 13. und 15. Jahrhundert wurde eine Kirche erbaut, die sowohl romanische als auch gotische Elemente enthielt. Während der Religionskriege wurde diese Kirche stark beschädigt und im 17. Jahrhundert wieder aufgebaut. Das Innere wurde im Barockstil gestaltet. 1641 wurden die Chöre verlängert.
