L'église Saints-Pierre-et-Paul est l'église paroissiale du lieu-dit Rumbeke, qui fait partie de la commune de Roulers en Flandre-Occidentale, située au Kerkplein 52.
Rumbeke était autrefois une paroisse importante, dont Oekene et Kachtem se sont séparés en 1143. Entre le 13e et le 15e siècle, une église a été construite, contenant des éléments romans et gothiques. Pendant les guerres de religion, cette église a été gravement endommagée pour être reconstruite au 17e siècle. L'intérieur a été réalisé dans un style baroque. En 1641, les chœurs ont été prolongés.
