Delvist indhegnet hippodromområde med stor græsplæne og mindre jordbane til travsport (1971), afgrænset af Sport- og Eduard Decuyperstraat mod øst, Koningin Astridlaan mod nord, Northlaan mod vest og Nieuwpoortsesteenweg mod syd, hvor også beliggenheden siden omkring 1852 af den kommunale kirkegård kaldet "'t Oud Kerkhof" danner en rektangulær enklave. Bygningskompleks beskyttet som monument, racebane inklusive træningsbaner beskyttet som bybillede, begge ved MB af 1/10/1998.
