Hospital i art-deco stil efter et design af arkitekten Alfried Defever fra december 1927, opført efter at have fået byggetilladelse i juni 1928. Bygherren var Société Coopérative Hôpitaux & Cliniques. Navnet Eeuwfeestkliniek henviser til hundredeårsfejringen for den belgiske uafhængighed i 1930, året hvor hospitalet blev åbnet.
