Den Vor Frue Himmelfarts Kirke er sognets kirke i Vliermaalroot, beliggende ved Dorpsplassen i den belgiske provins Limburg.
Indtil 1839 var Vliermaalroot afhængig af sognet Vliermaal. I 1847 blev Vliermaalroot imidlertid et selvstændigt sogn. På stedet for den - i hvert fald allerede i det 18. århundrede eksisterende - kapel blev et eklektisk byggeri opført under arkitekturen af Herman Jaminé. Det har stærke neoromanske træk, men der er også neogotiske elementer indarbejdet. Bygningen fandt sted mellem 1863 og 1871, og kirken blev indviet i 1878.
