La Chiesa di Nostra Signora dell'Assunzione è la chiesa parrocchiale di Vliermaalroot, situata nella Piazza del Villaggio, nella provincia di Limburg, Belgio.
Fino al 1839 Vliermaalroot dipendeva dalla parrocchia di Vliermaal. Tuttavia, nel 1847 Vliermaalroot divenne una parrocchia autonoma. Al posto della -comunque già esistente nel XVIII secolo- cappella, venne costruito un edificio eclettico sotto la direzione dell'architetto Herman Jaminé. Presenta forti caratteristiche neoromaniche, ma sono stati integrati anche elementi neogotici. La costruzione avvenne tra il 1863 e il 1871, e la chiesa fu consacrata nel 1878.
