Neffe er en landsby ved Maas, beliggende cirka en kilometer syd for byen Dinant, i provinsen Namur. I dag er det administrativt en del af byen Dinant. Sognet blev grundlagt i det 19. århundrede. Kirken stammer fra 1893 og præstegården fra 1898. Indtil 1970 havde Neffe den særlige kendsgerning, at det administrativt var delt mellem Anseremme og Dinant. Grænsen for Neffe fungerede som administrativ grænse, en grænse, der kun gik gennem én bydel eller landsby.
