Neffe is een dorp aan de Maas, gelegen op ongeveer een kilometer ten zuiden van de stad Dinant, in de provincie Namen. Tegenwoordig maakt het administratief deel uit van de stad Dinant. De parochie werd opgericht in de 19e eeuw. De kerk dateert uit 1893 en het pastorie uit 1898. Tot 1970 had Neffe de bijzonderheid dat het administratief was verdeeld tussen Anseremme en Dinant. De grens van Neffe diende als administratieve grens, een grens die door slechts één buurt of dorp ging.
