De Colonnades, officielt de Nye Gallerier, var tidligere kommercielle bygninger beliggende i byen Charleroi på boulevard Joseph Tirou. Bygningen blev designet af arkitekten Joseph André og blev indviet den 25. oktober 1953. Navnet på bygningen henviser til søjlerne, der er placeret omkring bygningen. Dette husede en hel række butikker, både på boulevard Joseph Tirou og på Albert 1. plads.
