Arkitekt Francesca Torzo designede en imponerende ny udstillingsfløj til Z33, Hus for Aktuel Kunst, Design & Arkitektur. Med stor opmærksomhed på materialer og kærlighed til håndværket skabte hun en bygning, der integreres perfekt i sin omgivelser. Beliggende ved begijnhof er kunstcentret en grøn oase af ro i hjertet af Hasselt. Et sted, hvor forundring og stilhed mødes. Med spektakulære udstillinger gør Z33 det fjerne håndgribeligt og tilbyder poetiske konfrontationer med samfundsmæssige temaer. Og vil du også gerne opleve kunst uden for udstillingsmurerne? Z33 præsenterer kunst i det åbne rum, fra Genk til Maaslandet. På den måde ønsker kunstcentret at tage verden til Limburg og vise Limburg til verden.
