Sankt-Barbarakirken er en tidligere sognekirke i den østflamske landsby Rieme, beliggende på Kanalstræde. Kirkebygningen fra perioden 1953-1955 erstattede en tidligere kirke fra 1930'erne, som under Anden Verdenskrig blev fuldstændig ødelagt. Fra juli 2013 blev der ikke længere afholdt gudstjenester i bygningen, hvorefter kirken blev afviet og endelig taget ud af brug i slutningen af 2014.
