Sankt-Amandus og Sankt-Anna kirken er sognekirken for den til den vestflamske kommune Zwevegem hørende by Otegem, beliggende på Otegemplads 1.
I 998 blev der for første gang nævnt en kirke i Otegem, og i 1097 blev en sognefællesskab nævnt. Den -formodentlig oprindeligt træ- kirke blev erstattet af en romansk korskirke med et tårn. I 1572 og 1578 blev kirken plyndret af billedstormerne. I 1776 blev kirken nedrevet, og i 1789 blev en ny kirke færdigbygget, takket være Sankt Peters kloster i Gent, efter design af Joachim Colin.
