The Saint Amandus and Saint Anne Church is the parish church of the village Otegem, which belongs to the municipality of Zwevegem in West Flanders, located at Otegemplaats 1.
In 998, a church in Otegem was mentioned for the first time, and in 1097 a parish was recorded. The church - presumably originally wooden - was replaced by a Romanesque cross church with a central tower. In 1572 and 1578, the church was looted by iconoclasts. In 1776, the church was demolished, and in 1789 a new church was completed, thanks to the Saint Peter's Abbey in Ghent, designed by Joachim Colin.
