Station Sinaai er en jernbanestation langs jernbanen 59 ved grænsen til Sinaai i Belsele, en bydel i byen Sint-Niklaas. Det blev åbnet i 1849. Indtil 1909 blev denne station kaldt Duizend Appels, efter navnet på et værtshus ved grænsen mellem Waasmunster, Sinaai og Belsele, hvor stationen faktisk ligger.
