Højen, cirka tyve meter høj, ligger bag Chenu og når en højde på 80 meter. Den er lavet af en klippeformation fra Ronquières (RON), der hovedsageligt består af skifer. Den var meget mere imponerende før anlæggelsen af den nye kanal Charleroi-Bruxelles, hvilket har reduceret dens omfang betydeligt.
