Sébastien Demanez besluttede efter 15 år i en luxembourgske bank at give sit liv en ny drejning. Han startede i 2014 i Magerotte med et lille bryggeri. Han brugte traditionelle metoder til at brygge øl med høj gæring, med eftergæring på flaske. Der er tre økologisk certificerede øl, der er opstået: B.R. Blonde, B.R. Triple og B.R. Noël. Sébastien kunne også godt lide et glimt i øjet. Bogstaverne B.R. står nemlig for Banquier Repenti ('omvendt bankmand') men også for Brasseur Réjoui ('glad brygger'). Desværre er Sébastien død i 2021. Hans kone fortsætter forretningen. Kaféen og terrassen bader i en hyggelig og varm atmosfære.
