Sébastien Demanez a décidé de donner un nouveau tournant à sa vie après 15 ans dans une banque luxembourgeoise. Il a commencé en 2014 à Magerotte avec une petite brasserie. Il utilisait des méthodes traditionnelles pour brasser de la bière haute fermentation, avec une refermentation en bouteille. Trois bières bio certifiées en sont nées : B.R. Blonde, B.R. Triple et B.R. Noël. Sébastien aimait aussi jouer avec les mots. Les lettres B.R. signifient en effet Banquier Repenti ('banquier repenti') mais aussi Brasseur Réjoui ('brasseur heureux'). Malheureusement, Sébastien est décédé en 2021. Sa femme continue l'affaire. Le café et la terrasse baignent dans une ambiance conviviale et chaleureuse.
