Molinis er en tidligere kommune i distriktet Plessur i kantonen Graubünden i Schweiz. Den 1. januar 2013 fusionerede de tidligere kommuner Molinis, Calfreisen, Castiel, Langwies, Lüen, Peist og St. Peter-Pagig til kommunen Arosa.
Før fusionen havde Molinis et samlet areal på 13,2 km2. Af dette areal anvendes 26,7% til landbrugsformål, mens 60,8% er skovdækket. Af den resterende jord er 1,4% bebygget, og resten er uproduktiv.
