Molinis war bis am 31. Dezember 2012 eine politische Gemeinde im Kreis ehemaligen Kreis Schanfigg, Bezirk Plessur des Schweizer Kantons Graubünden.
Am 1. Januar 2013 fusionierte sie mit den Gemeinden Calfreisen, Castiel, Langwies, Lüen, Peist und St. Peter-Pagig zur Gemeinde Arosa.
