Niederglatt er en jernbanestation i den schweiziske kanton Zürich og kommune Niederglatt. Den ligger på Bülach-grenen af Bülach-Regensberg jernbanen og betjenes af Zürich S-Bahn linje S9.
Niederglatt var krydset for den tidligere Niederglatt-Otelfingen jernbanelinie, som engang blev forbundet med Otelfingen station på Furttal-linjen, men som blev lukket for gennemgående tog i 1937. De første 6,5 kilometer af linjen, fra Niederglatt så langt som til Tanklager Mettmenhasli, er blevet bevaret som en sidespor og tilslutter hovedlinjen lige syd for stationen.
