Niederglatt è una stazione ferroviaria nel cantone svizzero di Zurigo e nel comune di Niederglatt. Si trova sulla diramazione di Bülach della ferrovia Bülach-Regensberg ed è servita dalla linea S9 della S-Bahn di Zurigo.
Niederglatt era il collegamento per la precedente linea ferroviaria Niederglatt-Otelfingen, che una volta si collegava con la stazione di Otelfingen sulla linea del Furttal ma chiuse ai treni di passaggio nel 1937. I primi 6,5 chilometri della linea, da Niederglatt fino al Tanklager Mettmenhasli, sono stati mantenuti come raccordo e si uniscono alla linea principale subito a sud della stazione.
