Ermershausen er en kommune i den tyske delstat Bayern og er en del af Landkreis Haßberge. Ermershausen har 589 indbyggere.
Ermershausen er en af de mindste kommuner i Bayern. Ved den administrative omstrukturering i delstaten i 1970'erne mistede landsbyen derfor sin kommunale selvstændighed og blev i 1978 en del af kommunen Maroldsweisach. Indbyggerne vendte sig dog kraftigt mod denne indlemmelse og forsøgte med en blokade af rådhuset i maj samme år at forhindre, at den kommunale administration blev flyttet. Nogle indbyggere ville hellere tilslutte sig Thüringen end til Maroldsweisach. Landsbyen ligger tæt på grænsen til Thüringen, som på det tidspunkt stadig tilhørte DDR. Til sidst blev flere enheder af politiet sendt til landsbyen for at bryde indbyggernes modstand.
